Quiet Hours: Required during summer (April 1 – September 30) from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 7:00, and during winter (October 1 – March 31) from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 7:30.
Pool and House Policies:
No alcohol consumption in the swimming pool.
No diving or jumping in the pool.
Pets are not allowed in the pool for hygiene reasons.
Please avoid flushing toilet paper, wet wipes, or sanitary products in the toilet to prevent blockage. Any sewage blockage incurs a charge of €200.
Lost keys will result in a €100 fee.
Wood for the fireplace is available at an additional charge, depending on usage.
Environmental Tax:
As of January 1, 2024, the Greek Ministry of Tourism has introduced an Environmental Tax for all accommodations. The fee is €4 per night from November through February and €10 per night from March through October. This fee will be collected from guests and remitted to the tax authorities, replacing the previous accommodation tax.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival.
