– **Quiet Hours:** Summer (April–September) 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–7:00; Winter (October–March) 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–7:30.
Additional Policies:
– **Pool Heating Charge**: €80 per day. Please request pool heating in advance to ensure it is ready upon your arrival.
– **Environmental Tax**: From January 2024, Greece requires an **Environmental Tax** (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee). The fee is €4 per night from November to February, and €10 per night from March to October.
– **Heating Charges**: For stays during winter months, an additional heating charge for oil may apply if the A/C system is insufficient. The cost will depend on usage, and receipts will be provided.
– **Cancellation Policy**: 100% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival.
