Additional Villa Policies:
– **Quiet Hours:** Summer (April–September) 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–7:00; Winter (October–March) 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–7:30.
– **Environmental Tax:** As of 01 January 2024, an **Environmental Tax** (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee) will be applied to all accommodations in Greece. From November to February, the fee is €4 per night, and from March to October, the fee is €10 per night, per room. This will be collected upon check-in.
– **Cancellation Policy:** 100% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival; 50% refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival.
